A hearing in Trump v. Newsom, No. 25-3727, has been scheduled for Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 12:00 PM Pacific Time. The panel—Judges Bennett, Miller, and Sung—will preside over the hearing remotely. Counsel for both parties will also appear remotely. The proceedings will be live-streamed with unlimited public access via this LINK. For those who wish to view the livestream in the Courthouse, Courtroom Three of the James R. Browning United States Courthouse, located at 7th and Mission Streets in San Francisco, will offer limited seating for up to 100 people on a first come, first served basis.
